Seasonal, local and made with plenty of love. Meals at the Restaurant zum TREFFNER are a treat for your taste buds and joy for all five senses. Your host Andreas Buchacher and his family, together with chef Michael Steinwender and the entire restaurant team, are dedicated to creating top-quality seasonal dishes.
They skilfully use the best products from the Austrian state of Carinthia to experiment and reinterpret classics. With their guests always in mind, they prepare treats for the taste buds – morning, noon and night!

Morning
6:30-10:30 am
A good breakfast is the basis for a great day. Luckily, breakfast at zum TREFFNER is not limited to hotel guests – everyone can get their day off on the right foot here. Take your time and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at our buffet!
Lunch
12:00-2:00 pm
Whether you choose our set menu featuring new dishes each week or order off the menu – lunch at zum TREFFNER is a real treat. This is the perfect setting for a business lunch, a quick bite to eat, for catching up with friends or family, filling up on your holiday or “just because”. Choose from a soup, main course and dessert; two courses are € 8.50 – but go ahead and order three if you’re hungry!
Afternoon
2:00-4:30 pm
Time to slow down – relax with a coffee from the Dinzler roaster, a handmade strudel, a wide selection of heavenly cakes or a scoop of ice cream. Our chef and kitchen team are always thinking of tasty new creations... simply delicious! The ingredients are local and the scenery here is as sweet as your cake: soak up the incredible views of the Landskron Castle from our restaurant and garden.
Evening
6:00-8:30 pm
It’s time to bring the day to a close and surround yourself with friends, family and other lovely people. The Buchacher family and the entire zum TREFFNER team invite you to a wonderful dinner! Our dinner menu will inspire you to try something special. Can we let you in on a little secret? Take a look at our menu – you’ll find “tiger trout”, a local speciality. A brown trout-brook trout hybrid, this is a must-try! Look forward to tasting this and many other excellent dishes when you dine with us!
